With over 25 years experience in the banking and finance industry and a Diploma in Mortgage Finance and Broking, Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge and has a genuine interest in helping clients as well as managing the awesome team at Spotter Finance.

Warrick has worked in the Banking & Finance sector since 1985 and still to this day is passionate about arranging the best possible finance solutions to meet the needs of his clients. With more than 25 Major Bank and Non Bank Lenders and hundreds of loan products at his finger tips, Warrick is ideally placed to advise you on Residential, Investment, Commercial and Vehicle/Equipment finance. Warrick’s role is to ensure that clients receive high quality advice, customised choices and exceptional service throughout the loan application and approval process, whilst also maintaining ongoing service for the life of their loan. Together with his expert team, Warrick services the whole metropolitan area and regional centres of Western Australia, including many clients & connections around Australia. Over his career, Warrick has received many State and National Awards including most recently Professional Lenders Association Network (PLAN) – Diamond / Excellence Awards in Finance (2010-2023), 2023 National Directors Award (LMG/PLAN),Better Business Awards – WA Best Finance Broker (2018 and 2017), Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) – WA Best Finance Broker and Residential Finance Broker Award (2018).

Dean has been working as Finance Broker for the past 15 years and has over 30 years experience in the area of finance, with expertise in the areas of residential and commercial lending. Dean had 15 years with NAB, the last five as Branch Manager and Business Banking Manager roles which provided extensive experience in all areas of lending. Following this Dean moved into private enterprise, owning and operating a staff recruitment company for 10 years which provided invaluable people/service skills. Dean has since worked as a Mortgage & Business Finance Broker for the past 15 years. Dean holds a Cert IV and a Diploma of Financial Services and holds membership at LMG, MFAA and AFCA. Dean is married with two children and a granddaughter, cycles a fair bit and is a pretty keen Dockers supporter.

With over 20 years’ experience across small to medium business, banking and finance, Danielle has developed a real passion for assisting customers. She has an extensive, in-depth knowledge of Australian small business financials and her passion for supporting business growth and development is a key strength of hers - both in consumer and commercial lending. In 2022, Danielle was recognised for the Rising Star Award for NAB’s Regional & Agri Small Business Southwest. Outside the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, fishing or in rainy weather, just curling up with a good book or a movie.

Ruby commenced in the finance sector in 2006 working as a Home Loan Manager for one of the Big ‘4’ Banks. The move to mortgage broking was a natural progression for Ruby as she has a passion for service and with her financial knowledge, she thrives on knowing she can assist people in making one of their biggest financial decisions, purchasing a home. Ruby particularly loves helping first home buyers jump onto the property ladder. Noting the synergies between Ruby’s passion for helping clients and Spotter Finance’s missions, she is proud to be a part of the Mandurah team, which is recognised as one of the top achieving mortgage broking businesses in Australia.

Originally from Canada, Jess has over 15 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry and is driven to help her customers achieve their goals through her expertise in residential lending. Having worked across various roles in small business lending, default loan recoveries, portfolio management and more, she has earned a reputation for her ability to support clients in taking the stress out of their home loan journey. In her spare time, Jess likes spending time with her family enjoying the Peel region and everything it has to offer. Her interests include camping, 4WDriving and sunsets at the beach.

Alex started in the banking and finance sector in 2017 and quickly progressed into a Home Lending Specialist role. Within a short span from 2019 – 2022 he bought, sold, refinanced, topped up, was a tenant and was a landlord - gathering firsthand personal experience to share and assist with his clients. In 2023 he set off travelling for 12 months and visited 23 countries in that timeframe, living in England for most of it. Now being back home, making the move to mortgage broking was a natural and easy progression decision as he thoroughly enjoys assisting any clients from buying or building their first home to investors buying a rental property to household families refinancing to free up some cashflow. Alex absolutely loves all things sports and loves his coffees from a good local café.

Christian has been working as a Finance Broker for the past 3 years after leaving the Heavy Industrial Industry back in 2021. His decision to embark on a new career in Mortgage Brokering came after attaining his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and then a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management back in 2018. He prides himself on assisting clients with their financial needs and brings a wealth of experience and willingness to work with all clients. Christian and his wife have 3 children and are well entrenched in weekend sports and family life in general. He enjoys keeping fit by playing hockey, running and loves the AFL.

Kirsty started her career in the financial services industry over 20 years ago having worked in Call Centres, Retail Mortgages, Corporate Banking and Cash Management. With her banking background and her focus on client service, she has recently taken the next step in her career and moved into broking with the Spotter Finance team. When she's not doing the best for her clients she enjoys gardening and walking the fur babies.

Donna’s wealth of knowledge and banking experience of nearly 20 years makes her an expert in assisting clients. Donna supports our File Managers and Clients to ensure the entire experience with Spotter Finance is seamless. She enjoys providing the highest quality customer service to all her clients and will keep you up to date throughout your settlement process so you can experience a smooth journey from start to finish.

Jackie has over 12 years experience in the finance industry since migrating to Australia from Scotland with her family. Jackie is professional and friendly and will support you through your journey providing assistance to the File Managers and Clients. She is motivated and wishes for the best possible outcome for every client.

Jude started in the finance industry over 20 years ago. She has worked in different positions over the years such as Client Liaison Officer, Loan Processor and Personal Assistant. Jude enjoys working closely with the loan writers, clients and the financial institutions. She brings a happy, friendly customer service that has excellent outcomes.

Tammie began her finance journey over 25 years ago with BankWest and made the transition to the Mortgage Broking Industry 20 years ago. Having worked in various roles within the industry, Tammie enjoys sharing her knowledge with the team and enjoys getting to get to know our customers, playing a crucial part in ensuring your experience with Spotter is a positive one!
